| 摘 要： | 在我国改革开放和现代化建设的过程中 ,观念转变和观念更新起着重要的作用。在纪念恩格斯诞辰 180周年之际 ,有必要结合当今经济和科学发展的前沿 ,重新学习和阐发观念的哲学渊源和科学的物质基础———大脑的作用和脑科学的发展 ,以此应对各种唯心主义、非科学和伪科学的挑战。为提高中华民族的素质 ,必须树立唯物主义的哲学意识和崇尚科学的科技意识

| Abstract: | During the course of the Reform and Opening and the modernization construction the changing and renewing of mentality plays an important part. On the 180th anniversary celebration of Engels, it is necessary to study and to elucidate the philosophical origin of the mentality and the physical basics of the science--the role of the Cerebra and the development of the cerebral science. Thus we can accept challenge from all kinds of idealisms, none sciences, pseudo-sciences. In order to improve the nation's performance we are expected to cultivate both the materialistic philosophical sense and the scientific and technological senses. |
