| 摘 要： | 运用对比分析方法，以马克思主义劳动价值论观点为参照系，对科技创新及其价值特殊性予以剖析、总结，为用发展的观点理解马克思主义劳动价值论，从机理上把握有关科技创新促进经济增长的经济学和管理学理论，为科学管理科技创新活动，有效促进经济和社会发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Using methods of comparison with,Marxist labor theory of value as the reference point of view the paper,analyzes and revicwes the scientific and technological innovation and its unique value. Reference is provided with the viewpoint of development for the understanding of the Marxist labor theory of value,from the grasp of the relevant scientific and technological innovation to promote economic growth and management theory, for the scientific management of science and technology innovation activities, effective promotion of economic and social development. |
