| 摘 要： | 拉塞尔·M·林登在 2 0世纪 90年代美国公共部门革命的基础上提出了无缝隙政府理论。无缝隙政府理论是一种适应顾客社会、信息时代要求的新的政府再造理论。本文分析了无缝隙政府理论的实质 ;阐述了无缝隙政府理论有关政府再造的见解以及无缝隙政府运用于政府再造实践需要注意的问题

| Abstract: | Based on reinventing in the u.s. public sector in 1990s,Russell.M.Linden points out the theory of seamless government. The theory of seamless government is a new government re-engineering theory which adapt to Customer Society and Information Time. The article discusses the essence of this theory, and then indicates its lesson to be learnt for our government re-engineering.At last it studies on some problems which we should note when exerting it into practice. |
