为北仑“科教兴区”鼓与呼

北仑建区以来，教育取得可喜的成绩，但整体水平和发展速度还不能适应北仑经济发展和现代港城建设的要求，与发达地区尚有较大差距，为了赢得以经济、科技为主要竞争内容的时代挑战，北仑还需要加大教育投入，充分重视职教和成教，以法治教。

APPLAUSE FOR THE WAY OF PROSPERING BEILUN DISTRICT BY SCIENCE AND EDUCATION

Since the establishment of Beilun District, great Progress has been made in education, but the overall level and development speed of education can not cater to the need of developing Beilun's economy and constrUcting a modem port city. Education there lags rather far behind that of those developed areas. In order to succeed in the epochal competition of economy, science and techndogy, Beilun should invest more in education, pay enough attention to professional education and adult education, and manage education according to the law.
