| 摘 要： | 近几年,我国廉租房建设取得了很大成效,但在整体发展态势上廉租房制度与居民的期望和长远目标还有一段不小的距离.廉租房建设融资渠道单一及资金供给不足是廉租房制度进展缓慢的主要因素,廉租房保障制度本质上是一种财政分配关系.
