| 摘 要： | 入世以来,面对世界农业市场的冲击,我国农业在迎来机遇的同时,也迎来了严峻的挑战,其中最重要的是,以种植业为主的农业人口,在失地之后正在出现和日益扩大农民就业危机。文章从失地农民就业危机态势入手,阐述了解决我国农民就业问题的重要性和紧迫性,以及解决失地农民就业危机的途径。

| Abstract: | The impingement facing the world agriculture marketplace,makes Chinese agriculture be welcoming simultaneous coming to opportunity,also have come to go to meet austere challenge,among them the most important being,the agricultural population giving first place to the crop farming,the peasant employment crisis appearing in course of and expanding gradually behind lost territory.The article from lost the farmer to get employed the crisis situation to obtain,elaborated solved our country farmers to get employed the question importance and the urgency as well as the solution loses the farmer to get employed the crisis way. |
