非英语专业大学生的英语听力课堂焦虑研究

焦虑现象是二语习得过程中制约学习效果的重要情感因素之一。为了研究非英语专业大学生英语听力课堂焦虑的现状,文章通过自制量表,以问卷形式测试了合肥工业大学120多名非英语专业大二学生的听力焦虑程度。在对数据进行分析后得出结论：焦虑情绪在英语听力课堂中普遍存在,和听力理解的成效呈明显的负相关;应对策略的适当运用可以在一定程度上缓解这一情绪,从而提高听力。根据调查结果,还探讨了焦虑可能的成因并提出有效的教学手段和应对策略。

English Listening Classroom Anxiety of Non-English Majors

Anxiety is one of the important affective elements that prohibit students＇ effective learning in second language acquisition. In order to investigate the actuality of English listening classroom anxiety of non-English majors, the study is conducted among over 120 sophomores in Hefei University of Technology. Based on the statistical analysis of self-designed questionnaires, the paper comes to the conclusion that anxiety is pervasive in the classroom, and is negatively correlated with listening achievements; while proper use of coping strategies helps students to alleviate anxiety and improve achievements. The study also explores possible sources of anxiety and puts forward some teaching methods and strategies.
