| 摘 要： | 从历史的角度看 ,西方未来学家和信息学家最早形成了关于信息及信息化与工业化和社会经济发展关系的各种理论 ,邓小平同志对信息也提出了一些有见地的论述。党的第三代领导集体 ,在进入 2 1世纪以后 ,逐步形成了关于信息化带动工业化的新认识 ,并付诸于实践 ,成为经济和社会发展的指导思想。

| Abstract: | The development of modern history witnesssed the formation of the relation among the information, industrialization and the development of social economy was theorized by the futuroloists and the information experts. Comrade Deng Xiaoping had put forward opinion on information, which shows sound judgement. The 3rd generation of CPC leading group, in the beginning of 21st century forms new theory of promoting information to bring along industrialization. This theory has been put into practice becoming a directive thought for Chinese economic and social development. |
