2020年的中国经济

自改革开放以来,中国经济的快速增长已经保持了26年。从目前中国的生产力水平与发达国家的相对落差来看,在一个较长的时期内保持经济快速增长的潜力仍然很大。同时,也要看到经济运行中潜在的矛盾和问题。主要是近两年经济增长速度的加快,在一定程度上是由粗放型增长推动的。未来15年将是我国经济走向现代化的关键阶段,这个阶段既可以成为一个快速增长期,也可能成为一个矛盾多发的徘徊期,能不能争取第一种前途,避免第二种前途,取决于增长方式转变、新农村建设与构建和谐社会三大问题的解决。要建立鼓励企业技术开发投入的机制,通过自主创新带动结构优化升级和经济增长方式转变;要实现城乡之间、区域之间的协调发展,加快农村、农业的发展,缩小城乡发展差距;要抓住关系人民切身利益的重大问题推进和谐社会建设,重点解决好就业、社会保障、收入分配和发展社会事业4个方面的问题。

Chinese Economy in the year 2020

The upcoming 15 years will be a critical period for Chinese economy on its way toward modernization.It might maintain its present speed of rapid development;it may also turn out to be a problematic period of stagnancy.To seek the first possibility while avoiding the second one results from our solutions to such three problems as the change of the methods of seeking increase,the construction of new rural areas and the building up of a harmonious society.We should encourage developing investment of industrial technology and promote the optimization of industrial structure and the transformation of economic increase by way of independent creation;we should realize a harmonious development between urban and rural areas and between different regions and speed up the development of rural areas and agriculture so as to reduce the difference of development between urban and rural areas;we should also focus our attention on such major problems as employment,social assurance,income distribution and social development,because these elements concern directly people's interests in our construction of a harmonious society.
