| 摘 要： | 出口加工区的设立有赖于要素禀赋的优越性、低价劳动力和政策等因素。国内外出口加工区的产生和发展为扬州出口加工区的建设提供了有益的经验。要树立新的理念,注重功能优势,明确产业定位,积极招商引资,发挥比较优势,建立信息平台,提升综合竞争力。

| Abstract: | The instauration of Export Processing Zone(EPZ) relies on such factors as favorable elements,low price labour force and policies.The EPZs home and abroad may offer beneficial experience in the construction of Yangzhou EPZ.In the meanwhile we should build up new conceptions,pay attention to the functional advantages,nail down the orientation,take active measures to attract trades and investment,exert mutual strong points,set up efficient information platform and enhance the comprehensive competitive power. |
