| Abstract: | Zeng Guo-fan achieved quite a lot in ruling a nation and managing a military in the country,and was later known as "doomsday hero" in the Chinese feudal society.The reasons are that he upheld the humanist management concepts in the national and militalry administration,and made full use of this conceptin in the practice. |
