基于循环CDM模型的中小企业创新能力——企业所有权性质视角

随着中国中小企业在全国企业总数中比重的不断提升，中小企业的创新能力成为促进中国创新发展的重要推动力。传统基于熊彼特假说、基于行业和成熟企业数据的企业创新能力的研究不能有效代表中小企业的创新情况，为深入探讨中小企业的创新能力，以中国2009-2015年中小板上市公司为研究对象，从所有权性质视角利用循环的CDM模型探讨中小企业的创新能力。与以往研究结论不同，研究发现中国国有中小企业创新能力明显高于非国有中小企业，但国有中小企业并没有将创新投入优势充分转化为创新产出优势，导致其在创新产出上存在一定的效率损失。

Research on Innovation Ability of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises based on Extended CDM Model-An Analysis from the Perspective of Corporate Ownership Types

with the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in total enterprises rising, the innovation ability of SMEs has become an important driving force to improve China''s innovation capacity. The innovation capability of SMEs is hardly effectively represented by the traditional research based on Schumpeter''s hypothesis and the data from industry and mature enterprises. Therefore, the innovation capacity of SMEs was explored based on extended CDM model from the perspective of ownership types by using the sample of SMEs listed on small and medium enterprises board from 2009 to 2015. Unlike previous research conclusions, the study finds that innovation ability of state owned SMEs is significantly higher than that of non-state-owned SMEs, while the fact is that state-owned SMEs'' innovation input is not turned into innovation output, leading to innovation efficiency loss of state-owned SMEs.
