基于二象对偶论的城镇化系统协调发展

城镇化是一项复杂的系统工程,如何推进城镇化系统协调发展,加快转变城镇化发展方式,是当前城镇化建设中的重要议题。基于二象对偶论,在完全空间下将城镇化系统设计为以城镇化水平表征的实象和以城镇化效率表征的虚象构成的二象系统。在对城镇化系统的虚实二象进行综合评价的基础上,利用协调发展度模型实证测度了2006-2014年中国各省份城镇化系统的协调发展度。结果表明:（1）考察期内,中国城镇化水平明显提升,中国城镇化效率则出现微弱下降。（2）全国范围和东部地区的城镇化系统协调发展度的演进大致呈"M形";中部地区城镇化系统协调发展度在考察期内变化幅度较小,并且呈微弱下降趋势;西部地区的城镇化系统协调发展度整体呈上升趋势,并且在整个上升趋势中又伴随着"先上升、后下降、再上升"的动态变化过程。（3）不同省份之间的城镇化系统协调发展度差异显著,并且呈扩大趋势。此外,各省份的城镇化系统协调发展度的变化具有明显的时序特征。

Coordinated Development of the Urbanization System based on the Two-image Dual Theory

Urbanization is a complex systematic project. The way to promote the coordinated development of the urbanization system and transform urbanization development patterns fleetly is one of the important issues in the current urbanization construction. Based on the two-image dual theory, in the full space the urbanization system was designed with real image subsystem which is characterized by the level of urbanization and virtual image subsystem which is characterized by the efficiency of urbanization. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of real image and virtual image of the urbanization system, the paper measured the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system in China from 2006 to 2014 with the model of coordinated development degree. The results are as follows:(1)the urbanization level of China has been improved significantly, while the urbanization efficiency of China is in slight decline during inspection;(2)The coordinated development degree of the urbanization system nationwide and in the eastern regions roughly appears to be the shape of "M"; in the central region the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system presents slight variations with a slow descending trend during inspection; in the western regions the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system presents a rising tendency with a dynamic changing process of increasing firstly, decreasing secondly, and then increasing again;(3)There is a significant difference in the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system between different provinces, and the change of the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system of different provinces has distinct time-order characteristics.
