| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大和科学技术的不断发展,研究生培养已越来越依赖于导师的科研经费和科研能力,但随之也出现了许多值得关注的问题.本文拟通过自身从事科研管理和研究生教育管理工作几年来的经历,对"老板"导师引发的问题及对策加以探讨.

| Abstract: | To strengthen the ideological and political education of college students under the new situation is indispensable.This article holds that the ideological and political education of college students is to be enhanced and improved through the following 3 aspects: to advocate and promote the sense of the national mission,to set up the correct ideology of "human" and "talent" and to highlight the psychological health of college students. |
