| 摘 要： | 知识服务是图书情报机构发展的必然选择,也是从信息服务向知识服务转变的服务创新的动力源。知识管理系统和知识服务模式作为实施知识管理的依托平台,其构建目标应是为实现高校图书馆的服务创新提供支持,具体说来,知识服务的主要模式有：建立信息资源库、学科专题阅览室、参考咨询点及开展专业化用户信息系统服务。
