| 摘 要： | 我国已经进入了一个新的发展阶段,这个新阶段要求,在以经济建设为中心取得巨大成就的基础上,应将国家发展战略重心转为以社会建设为中心。社会建设为中心的基本内容有:对经济建设提出了新的要求、社会体制建设、社会事业建设、社会保障建设、社会公平建设、社会秩序建设、社会福利建设等等。

| Abstract: | China has been into a new development stage,it requires that turning the national development strategy into taking the social construction as the center on the basis of the great achievements of taking the economic construction as the center.The social construction includes the following parts:new requirements for economic construction,social structure construction,social affairs construction,social safeguarding construction,social fair construction,social order construction and social welfare construction,and so on. |
