| 摘 要： | 本文简要论述了加强党的先进性建设的重要性和加强党的先进性建设最终要落实到实现维护发展好人民群众的根本利益上。从牢记发展第一要务；致力于把高校校区建设成和谐社会社区的楷模；抓好领导班子建设,发挥党员和领导干部的带头表率作用；进一步加强和改善党的自身建设四方面,阐述了如何加强高校党的先进性建设,并使之体现在实现维护发展好人民群众根本利益上。
