智库的历史演进、基本特征及走向

现代意义上的智库经历了三个发展阶段，具有功能专业化、综合化，研究实用化、规模化，类型多样化、多元化和视野国际化、超前化几个特点。借鉴世界智库发展的经验，结合中国实际，推进智库的发展要明确定位。提高认识，发展中国特色智库；规范管理，制度保障，逐步推出有较大影响力的知名智库；转变观念，强化措施，积极推进民间智库的发展；善用载体，加强宣传，扩大智库的知名度与影响力。

The Historical Evolution,Basic Characteristics and Tendency of the Think Tank

The modern sense of the think tank has experienced three development stages,having the professional,comprehensive function and with the characteristics of being practical,on the scale,diversity,international vision.The paper draw lessons from the world for development experience and combination with Chinese reality.To advance intelligence development,we should make clear fixed position,raise awareness,develop the think tank with Chinese characteristic.We should make standard management,security system,and gradually introduce a well-known and influential think tank.We should change idea,aggrandize measure,actively promote the development of non-governmental think tank.We should make the use of carrier,strengthen propaganda,enlarge the visibility and influence of the think tank.
