| 摘 要： | 本文主要对欧洲极右政党中的一种新型政党“新民粹主义政党”进行研究 ,剖析了其核心特征、组织特点、选举基础 ,比较分析了其与新法西斯主义政党的异同。文章认为 ,欧洲新一波次的极右翼浪潮并不是新法西斯主义力量的发展和壮大 ,而是出现了一种新型的民粹主义政党。这种新型政党在意识形态上属于反体制的右翼 ,自称代表了社会的“主流” ,在组织方式上把高度集中的组织结构与个性化和富有魅力的领袖结合在一起 ,其选民基础大部分以年轻的男性为主 ,且多来自私营部门。新民粹主义的出现反映出西欧社会的深刻变化。

An Analysis of New Populist Party in Europe |

| Abstract: | This article is a study of “New Populist Party”, a new type of party in the family of European extreme right parties. It is argued that the latest wave of extreme right-wing upsurge is not the revival of New Fascist parties but the emergence of a new kind of party. This populist party is an ideologically anti-system party on the right, claiming to represent the “main stream” in the society, which is characterized by its highly centralized structure and a charismatic leader. Its electoral base is mainly young males working in the private sector. The rise of New Populism is a reflection of profound changes in Western European society. |
