摘    要:学者们对全球兴起的结社革命给予了很大的关注。第三部门的理论研究才刚开始,就被学者们奉为拯救政府失灵和市场失灵的良方,关于第三部门组织的神话由此传开。本文从独立性、纯洁性、志愿永恒等三个方面对第三部门组织发展神话进行评析,认为要发展第三部门组织,不仅要抓住组织的外部效应,还应从组织的内部效应入手,使其发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:Scholars show great concern for the global rising of association revolution.The theoretical study of the Third Sector has just begun and it has been regarded as the recipe to save government dysfunction and market failure,thus the myth of the organization on the Third Sector spread.This paper challenges the myth in the development of the third sector in three aspects: the independence,the purity and eternal volunteers.In order to develop the third sector,not only organizations' external effects are to be focused on,but also its internal effects should take the initiative and play a greater role.
