试论我国宏观经济政策导向：从经济发展是否出现“拐点”和通货紧缩是否结束谈起

分析我国宏观经济形势可以得出长达三年的通货紧缩局面得到了一定程度的缓解,经济增长出现了转机,但转机的基础还不稳固,总需求依旧不旺.为此,应实行均衡及稳健的宏观经济政策,并根据经济的发展动态及时灵活地调整财政政策和货币政策的方向和力度,以保持经济持续稳定地增长.

On China's Policy Direction of Macroeconomy--from if "turning point" appears in economic development and deflation ends or not

According to analysing China's macroeconomy the three-year deflation is relieved to a certain extent and a turn for economic growing appears but the foundation of the turn is not stable and general demands lie in a common state.Therefore,balancing and stable macroeconomic policy should be implemented,and in order to keep a sustained,stable growth in the economy,the flexible adjustment for the direction of financial and monetary policy according to developing situation of economy.
