| 摘 要： | 社会工作作为社会学的分支学科,目前在我国社会结构转型和社会稳定中起到越来到重要的作用。只有认清目前我国社会工作中的薄弱环节、民族地区社会工作中的关健问题、影响因素等,采取相应的对策措施,才能促进社会工作在民族地区的顺利开展,促进民族地区的发展和社会稳定。
