| 摘 要： | 研究生群体的在学综合现状,直接关系到研究生培养工作的总体质量与水平。文章以上海部分高校2005~2008级研究生为对象,在问卷调查、访谈的基础上,构建研究生综合现状指标体系,并对思想状况、生活状况、学业状况、就业状况相关指标进行了多元线性回归分析,进而提出加强导师指导、完善高校党建、强化生涯规划、改善经济状况等诸多针对研究生教育的意见和建议。
