铈离子掺杂的氧化钛纳米薄膜的结构及性能研究

摘    要:纳米氧化钛镀膜玻璃具有优异的自清洁性能.可用于高层建筑、厨房和卫生间的装饰,本文利用溶胶-凝胶/浸渍-提拉法在玻璃基片上制备该纳米薄膜,采用原子力显微镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪和紫外-可见光光谱仪分析了凝胶组分变化、薄膜的表面形貌及光吸收性能.考查了铈离子掺杂的作用.试验表明,利用本方法可以在玻璃表面制备出高质量的纳米氧化钛薄膜.该薄膜具有较高的紫外吸收能力.而且随着涂层数和铈离子掺杂量的增加,紫外光吸收率增加.并且吸收光波长向可见光的方向移动,它有利于改善氧化钛薄膜的自清洁能力.

Abstract:The glass coated with titania nanofilm possesses excellent self-cleaning function.Such glass is suited for fitting high-rise buldings,kitchens and toilets.A sol-gel/dip coating method is used to prepare the nanofilm on glass surface.The surface morphology and composition of the film,as well as the light absorbency of film,are examined by means of the atomic force microscope,Fourier infrared spectrometer and visible light spectrometer.Moreover,the effect of Ce~(4+) doping on the physical properties listed above is also studied.Experimental results show that this method can help prepare high quality titania nanofilm on the glass surface.Such film has considerably high ultraviolet absorbency.With the increase of coating layer number and doping amount of Ce~(4+) ion,the absorbency grows as well,and,at the same time,the wavelength of light to be absorbed gets closer and closer to that of the visible light,which helps to improve the self-cleaning performance of the titania nanofilm.
