| 摘 要： | 人类进入知识时代后,生活方式与生产技术发生了根本的变化,为了适应这种变化,企业必须对组织形式与管理模式进行创新。供应链管理是一种适应时代需要的新型管理模式,而虚拟企业正是一种可以实现供应链管理的组织形式。

In order to fit these changes, enterprises should make the innovation of organization structure and management model. Supply chain management is a new type of management model which meets the need of new time, and virtual corporation is the organization structure which can be used in the application of supply chain management . |
