| Abstract: | It is the key and only way to realize the struggling goal of building regional financial center in Xiamen that we are developing offshore financial market. We must use international experience for reference and take into consideration Xiamen's actual conditions. Only if we program reasonably, decide scientifically and manage normally, the day will not be far away when offshore financial market is built in Xiamen. |
