| 摘 要： | 苏力教授的《窦娥的悲剧—传统司法中的证据问题》一文存在着两处明显的硬伤：一是不明白版本变迁。错把后人改动的剧本当作关汉卿所作，造成了失实；二是由于不能正确把握元杂剧的艺术特质，对关目情节进行了过度的文本细读，以至于过分泥实，混淆了文学作品与史料的界限。

| Abstract: | The paper of Professor Suli,whose title is The Tragedy of Dou E: The Problem of Evidence in Tradi-tional Chinese Justice,has two evident problems.Firstly,he didn't understand the change of the editions.He looked on the adapted drama as the one written by Guan Han-qing himself.This is improper.Secondly,he didn't grasp the char-acters of art correctly.He read the drama too nibblely,confused the boudary between literary works and histories. |
