| 摘 要： | 我国的住房抵押贷款证券化,目前仅限在开发银行和建设银行进行试点。全面实施住房抵押贷款证券化需要有一个过程,必须着力解决好一级市场的发展、成立交易机构、完善抵押担保制度、培育机构投资者以及法律法规体系的建设等关键问题。

| Abstract: | Chinese residential mortgage-backed securitization launches a pilot project only limiting in development bank and construction bank at present.The complete implement of residential mortgage-backed securitization requires a process,so many things have to be solved,including constructing mortgage-backed securitization market,establishing SPV,perfecting mortgage guarantee system,cultivating organization investors,building legal system and so on. |
