| 摘 要： | 清末预备立宪基本国策的确立,官制改革方案的设计,宪政编查馆的设立,与庆亲王奕劻有着十分密切的关系。奕劻作为清朝最后一位被封为＂世袭罔替＂世爵的亲王,在清末预备立宪的进程中扮演着举足轻重的角色,发挥了关键性的作用。他所从事的一系列宪政实践活动,有力地推动了清末立宪运动的发展。

| Abstract: | Yikuang had much to do with the establishment of national policy of preliminary constitution in the late Qing dynasty,designation of scheme of governmental institution reformation and establishment of constitutional compilation bureau.Prince Yikuang played an important role in the process of preliminary constitution in the late Qing dynasty.What he had done is helpful for promoting the development of preliminary constitution in the late Qing dynasty. |
