外向 FDI 对中国产业技术进步的有效性分析

对外直接投资对母国存在技术逆向溢出,进而促进母国产业技术进步,这一点已得到国内外诸多学者的认同。利用数据包络分析（DEA）模型对2003—2008年间中国对外投资的产业数据与国内产业技术进步的关系进行研究后发现,除2003年外,外向FDI对中国产业技术进步基本是无效的,而且无效程度逐年上升。对无效单元进一步分析后发现,第三产业比第二产业的作用稍强一些,但两者均存在较高的无效率。

The Efficiency Analysis of Outward Foreign Direct Investment on China's Industrial Technological Progress

Domestic and foreign scholars＇ research show that foreign direct investment can promote industrial technology of investor＇s country through a channel of technology reverse spillovers.Through data envelopment analysis of industry data of China＇s FDI and technological progress of domestic industry from 2003 to 2008,we found that outward FDI is inefficient in promoting technological progress of domestic industry,and invalid level increased with each year.Researching on the invalid unit further,we found that the role of the third industry is slightly stronger than the secondary industry in promoting the technological progress of domestic industry,however,there is both high inefficiency.
