东北“粮仓”农业现代化的路径探索

东北地区作为我国最重要的粮食主产区之一,其农业尤其是粮食生产具备资源禀赋优势和区域比较优势,素有＂粮仓＂之称。然而东北＂粮仓＂在由传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中却面临着二元结构矛盾突出、农民收入状况不理想、农业现代化基础设施薄弱、农业生产水土资源不匹配、农业劳动生产率不高等瓶颈制约。东北＂粮仓＂农业现代化发展要破除瓶颈制约,就需要在充分认识东北＂粮仓＂粮食生产的农业区域价值基础上,进行优化二元结构、延伸现代化农业产业链、加强基础设施建设、改善土地生态环境、强化农业科技研发与转化等方面的有效路径探索。
