| Abstract: | In the macro background of the new round of reform of basic education, it deserves study how to deepen the understanding of the nature of a school. In the perspective of culturology, this paper expounds on the cultural unity of interactive development of the principal, teachers and students in a school in the following three aspects: the cultural relationship in a school, school as a special cultural phenomenon, and the construction of cultural unity of interactive development of the principal, teacher and students. |
