| 摘 要： | 免疫PCR结合抗原抗体反应的特异性和PCR的高灵敏性,是一种极为敏感的抗原检测技术,适合各种微量抗原的检测,并且可以直接检测细胞上的抗原.因此,免疫PCR具有非常广泛的应用前景.就免疫PCR的原理,组成,免疫PCR扩增产物的检测,免疫PCR的分类以及简化等方面作一简要综述.
