| 摘 要： | 小布什推行的中东“民主化”战略与美国前总统肯尼迪施行的第三世界“现代化”战略在思想上是相通的,只是由于历史的原因,实施的效果相差较大。“短命”的肯尼迪政府推行的“现代化”战略,树立了美国“国际使命”的典范。小布什政府强力实施的中东“民主化”战略,继承了肯尼迪“改造世界”的思想内核,高举“民主”大旗,具有战略意义的影响。

| Abstract: | It is surprising that Kennedy's "Modernization" strategy is consistent with Bush's strategy of rebuilding Middle East by "Democratization".They come down in one continuous line.That have exerted and will exert a far-reaching influence on the whole world,especially in recombining the world order and distributing the regional powers.By retrospection of Kennedy's "Modernization",we can understand Bush's "Democratic Plan of Rebuilding Middle East". |
