| Abstract: | The departments for inspecting discipline and supervising in colleges and universities should be "under the guidance of building a Party for the pubilic and being in power to serve the inter-ess of the people, and the Three Represents, and should constantly intensify precautions against corruption and take measures to prevent and control corruption in universities and colleges. |
