| 摘 要： | 文章主要论述了80年代以来山西在全国的经济地位严重下降的情况及原因,和山西经济的产业结构存在的四大问题(原料型、高投入低收益、高污染、高耗水型经济).探讨了山西经济可持续发展的主导产业应是高科技信息产业、旅游业、生物制药保健产业、煤炭能源深加工业、高精机械工业以及生态农业.并提出了山西经济实现可持续发展必须解决的生态环境恶化、水源短缺等问题的方向和途径.

| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the reasons why Shanxi economy has suffered a remarked drop in the national scale since the 1980s, and imputes it mainly to four major problems that exist in the industrial structure of the province, i.e., the dominance of raw material industries, poor returns from large investment, and a high ratio of highly water-consuming industries and of industries with serious pollution. It suggests that the dominant industries capable of sustainable development in Shanxi Province are high-tech information industry, tourist industry, bio-pharmaceutical and health medicine industries, coal processing industry, precision optical machinery building, and ecological agriculture. It also offers solutions to those drawbacks that are hindering sustainable development of Shanxi economy such as deterioration of the ecological environment and grievous shortage in water resources. |
