| 摘 要： | 通过法律途径对少数民族文化权利予以明确而具体的保护，是少数民族文化权利保护走上法制化轨道的内在要求。城市化是一把双刃剑，不仅给少数民族文化权利的法律保护带来了冲击，也提供了契机，可以说机遇与挑战并存。

| Abstract: | Cultural rights of the ethnic minorities can be clearly defined and protected by legal approach. This is the demand of protecting cultural rights of the ethic minorities by law. Urbanization is a double-edge sward. It not only strikes legal protection of cultural rights of the ethnic minorities, but also provides opportunity. It is a combination of challenge and opportunity. |
