用社会主义核心价值观引领文化建设

当代中国提出的文化大发展大繁荣的方针政策不是一般意义上的文化建设,而是在特定的历史条件下提出的文化建设。这一特定的历史条件概括起来就是中国特色社会主义实践。因此,文化建设必须要围绕当代的"社会主义核心价值观"展开。文化建设作为上层建筑的自我完善,要坚持以经济建设为中心,坚持以人为本的根本原则。否则,文化建设就容易偏离我们提出这一方针的宗旨。
