铝高速工具钢中夹杂物的研究

摘    要:利用金属块样,电解萃取夹杂样,通过定量金相,扫描电镜及化学分析方法对比了M2A1和M2高速工具钢中夹杂物形态、数量、大小及分布。结果表明M2A1中由于铝的加入,使夹杂物的数量、大小及分布不均匀性都有明显的增加,夹杂物的增加主要是由铝的氧化物及其复合物的增加所致。

Abstract:The morphology amount, size and distribution of non-metallic inclusions in high speed tool steels M2Al and M2 have been studyed by observing the blocksample and electrolytic extracting inclusion powder with quantitative microscope, SEM and chemical analyzing techniques. It was shown that the amount, size and nonuniformity of distribution of inclusions all increase evidently because of the addition of aluminum, and the situation is caused mainly by the increase of the amount of Al2O3 inclusion and its composites.
