| 摘 要： | 高校校报要想形成自己的品牌,实现特色发展,就必须加强新闻策划,制定高效合理的实施策略。新闻策划需要在对选题进行价值评估的基础上,从报道结构、报道规模、报道进程和报道方式等多个方面综合开展方案设计。方案实施过程中,要能够根据实际情况的变化,及时进行动态调整,进而实现新闻策划与实施策略的协调同步,取得最佳报道效果。

| Abstract: | To enhance the brand-awareness and characterized development of the university newspapers, more importance shall be attached to the news scheme, and a highly-effective and reasonable strategy will also be indispensable. As for news scheme, a holistic project design shall be carried out in terms of the reporting structure, reporting scale, reporting process and the way of reporting on the basis of an evaluation over the selected topics. During the implement of the project, proper adjustment shall be made according to the changes in actual conditions, which will coordinate the news scheme with the implement strategy, thus to achieve the best reporting effect. |
