| 摘 要： | 当前,高等教育国际化越来越成为世界高等教育改革和发展的趋势。而师资队伍作为高等教育国际化的重要主体,已经成为推进我国高校国际化的核心要素。本文以国家985、211重点高校——华南理工大学为具体研究对象,尝试提出并探讨基于华南理工大学特色的VPC模式的师资队伍国际化路径的可行性与具体对策。

| Abstract: | At present, internationalization of higher education has turned into a world trend of higher education reform and development. Teaching staff internalization is the principle part of higher education internationalization and has already become the key element of advancing China＇ s colleges and universities internalization. This paper attempts to propose the reform thinking of SCUT teaching staff internalization and specific countermeasures based on VPC model. |
