康区察瓦龙历史沿革及其地名称谓考究——基于对口述史料的文献分析

察瓦龙,是西藏东南部察隅县境内的一个行政乡,位于怒江中上游卡瓦格博神山西侧脚下,与西藏芒康、左贡以及云南德钦、贡山、独龙江相邻。由于地处偏远地区,察瓦龙鲜为被外界所知,故出现不少误读其历史文化之现象。其中,关于“察瓦龙”这一地名称谓来源,目前以“炎热的峡谷地区”作为解释见诸著作、论文、游记等,然此释义尚似乎有望文生义、错讹阙漏之嫌。

On the History and Naming of Tsawarong in Kham District:Literature analysis Based on Oral Historical Data

Tsawarong is located at the foot of the west side of Kawagarbo in the middle and upper reaches of Gyalmo Ngochu,it is adjacent to Markham,Dzogang counties of Tibet and Dechin,Gongshan,Dulongjiang in Yunnan.It is an administrative township of Dzayul County in southeast of Tibet.Due to its remoteness Tsawarong is rarely known to the outside world,there have been many misunderstandings of its history and culture.The name“Tsawarong”is said to be the source of the“hot canyon area”according to relative works,essays,travel-notes,etc.However,the author challenges the meaning of Tsawarong as it is explained in existing sources.This paper studies and analyzes the language,geography,history,literature and other aspects,expounds the initial formation of the name of Tsawarong,and tentatively puts forward a personal point of view.
