和谐社会视域下师范大学生礼仪教育探析

良好的礼仪修养是一个人处世立身的基石。师范生作为大学生中一个特殊群体，无论是他们未来的职业需求，还是高校德育工作的顺利开展及社会主义和谐社会的构建，都需要加强礼仪教育。然而近年来由于社会环境、学校礼仪教育缺失及当代大学生追求个性等因素的影响下，师范生在礼仪方面存在某些缺失现象。礼仪教育是一个系统工程，通过对师范生“知礼”、“行礼”、“明礼”的三结合培育模式，多角度探索高校礼仪教育的有效途径。

An Analysis of Etiquette Cultivation of Normal University Students in Harmonious Society

Although with a history of thirty years, the development of teaching in ideological and political education specialty in teachers colleges has been greatly impacted by the objective existence of such factors as low acceptance of the specialty by the society, the severe employment situation and alienation of the school-running patterns of teachers colleges. To deal with the critical situa- tion, the educators and the leaders in the ideological and political education specialty in teachers colleges should do as follows： adapt to the requirements of talents of the society basing on adherence to the elevation of quality of talents cultivation; make adjustments for the goal of talents cultiva- tion; reform the curriculum arrangement; innovate teaching methods; deepen the teaching reform of the specialty constantly.
