摘    要:教师的学习与发展不仅需要改进具体的方法与策略,更需要从深层次上揭示其内在的问题,并重建新的观念。当前教师学习实践中存在模仿与反省、个人经验积累与公共知识学习之间的割裂和对立,也存在忽视合作学习的现象。其背后所隐藏的是实体思维、静态思维和点状思维等简单化的思维倾向,不利于教师教育智慧的发展。需要从思考的起点、心智的认识、认知的理解和学习过程观等维度进行突破,以建、立正确、有效的教师学习观。

Abstract:The promotion of teachers' learning and development depends not only on strategies and methods, but also on the demonstration of its inner problem and building new learning conception. There is the contradiction between imitation and retrospection, between individuals' experience accumulation and public knowledge acquiring in the current teacher learning practice. Also, it neglects teachers' cooperation. Behind this contradiction the conception of learning is simple thinking, resulting in disadvantage to the development of teachers' wisdom. We have to break the simple thinking and build the new learning conception.
