| Abstract: | Under the conditions of market economy,it has become an inevitable trend for an enterprise to:adopt the principle of specialization when appointing related management persons;set up the system of employment under contract;select related management persons in accordance with market principle.Hence,the establishment of enterprise manager's qualification evaluation and recommendation centre is not only inevitability but feasibility. |
