| 摘 要： | 文章从建国以来国家科技、教育力量重点在武汉布局、武汉光电子产业的良好基础、东湖高新区进一步发展等方面分析了建设武汉国家光电子产业基地的历史必然性 ,对中国光电子产业发展的几种基本模式进行了比较 ,提出了武汉国家光电子产业基地建设应采取的模式。文章提出 ,建设武汉国家光电子产业基地 ,必须构筑创新体系 ,建立光电子领域比较完善的知识产权体系 ,促进光电子企业集群的形成及建设完善的资本市场体系。
