| 摘 要： | 反倾销是眼下各国都十分热衷采用的贸易保护手段之一.在遭遇了国际社会对我国频繁的反倾销指控后,我国的对外贸易受到了较大影响.面对此种严峻形势,我国也开始有意识地积极使用这一手段.本文阐述了国外对我国反倾销的现状和原因,仔细分析了反倾销手段的"双刃剑"效应,并提出了我国目前应对国外反倾销指控的对策.

| Abstract: | Nowadays anti-dumping is one popular means of trade protection.Encountering many anti-dumping investigations carried out by international community frequently,China's foreign trade has been seriously affected.Facing this serious situation,China has begun using this means intentionally and effectively.This article expounds the present situation and reasons of foreign anti-dumping against China,analyses its double-edge effects and proposes countermeasures toward foreign anti-dumping. |
