| Abstract: | Women's employment and participation in social activities is not only a fundamental way to raise women's social status but also an indicator of a society's progress. This paper studies the impact that different employment systems make on women and the relation of the employment system and the equality between the two sexes with the purpose to produce a theoretical basis for establishment of employment policies. |
