| 摘 要： | 随着传统公共服务的低效率以及市场体制的推进,公共服务领域也开始了市场化的尝试。笔者在梳理公共服务市场化相关理论的基础上,以江苏省宿迁医疗改革为例,阐释我国转型期公共服务市场化的路径及其困境。

| Abstract: | The marketization of public services has become the central theme of new public management movement in the west since the 1980s.In recent years,In China,owing to the overall progress of the market system,the traditional public services have begun the process of marketization.On the basis of the related theory,the paper takes the health care reform of Suqian,Jiangsu Province for example and analyzes the transformation of China’s market-oriented path of public service and its predicament. |
