| 摘 要： | 认知语言学认为,词义延伸有两种主要机制:一是以邻近性关系为基础的以部分代整体的转喻方式;另一个是以事物相似性为基础的隐喻方式.认为两种机制在多义词认知过程中并不是独立的,而是相互交叉,出现连续体的现象.通过以head和hand 两个人体部位词为语料,从转喻和隐喻的连续体现象的角度补充分析了一词多义现象.

| Abstract: | According to cognitive linguistics,there are two major mechanisms of word meaning extension:metonymical thinking based on contiguity and metaphorical thinking based on similarity.Our research finds that the two ways of thinking are like points on a continuum,and gives a further analysis of polysemy by analysis of "head" and "hand ". |
